Gradually, based on project needs and accumulated experience, engineering, procurement, and contracting (EPC) services were added to the company’s scope of work.
During this period, TORTO also invested in specialized electrical testing and commissioning devices used in the power industry, including protection relay test sets, insulation resistance and dielectric testing equipment, grounding and continuity testers, and various electrical measurement instruments for commissioning and maintenance purposes.
